Full-term maturation in red wine barriques has softened the tannins and brought balance through oxidative ageing. Notes of unripe cranberries, autumn leaves, creme de cassis, cinnamon, nutmeg, sultanas and raspberry cordial on the nose. Dry spice with berry compote. clove studded oranges, grapefruit juice and crushed spearmint on the palate.
