A beautiful peated spirit, gently aged for 18 years inrefill wood notes of charred hazelnuts, dusty peat, burnt sage, rosemary, oily fishing ropes, tar and creels. crushed seashells and heather smoke. *Park* your preconceptions on what you think it is.
Very powerful with sharp citrus, heather honey, stewed apples, minerality - salt and wet slate. some smoked ham, anchovies and capers in brine. malty, salty and moreish.
