This Octomore Single Cask is matured and bottled exclusively on Islay and hand selected by Master Blender Adam Hannett. The barley varietal, cask type , ABV, PPM and vintage, are specific to each cask, meaning this limited bottling cannot be repeated.

Nose - An immediate hit of BBQ smoke followed by ginger nut biscuits. Tropical fruits come to the fore before giving way to brown sugar, aniseed and ripe apple. 

Taste - Toasted oak greets the palate, then the softness of worn leather followed by iodine and balanced by praline and brown sugar. An assortment of dried fruits and candied citrus round off the tasting experience.

Finish - The oak brings sweetness and baking spices before being joined by dry, earthy smoke that lingers on alongside a gentle herbal note. Exclusive to the UK and specialist Bruichladdich retailers, like us, here in Bath.
