The Moscato grapes, harvested at the right degree of ripeness, undergo a soft pressing and the must obtained ferments at a controlled temperature. This creates a sweet moscato asti wine, balanced between sweetness and aromaticity, rich in fruity nuances, and very pleasant persistence.
