Joseph Drouhin Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu is an AOC Chablis Premier Cru white wine made by Joseph Drouhin using the Chardonnay variety. With over 130 years of family winemaking history, Joseph Drouhin is recognised as one of the first Burgundy owners who set out to revitalise the almost abandoned Chablis vineyards in the 70s. An area that stands out for the unique Kimmeridgiana limestone soil that contains millions of small marine fossils and is responsible for the saline character of its wines.
