This inaugural release is a refined single malt scotch whisky, distilled from our farm grown Golden Promise and Laureate barley, matured in first-fill Bourbon and Sherry casks. A rich, layered whisky with notes of baked apple and golden pastry, balanced by succulent sultanas and prunes, and a lingering herbal finish.
