Bourbon casks from early 2018 were filled with a roughly 60/40 ratio of unpeated to peated spirit, then were re-racked into Madeira casks just over two years ago. These casks were vatted just prior to reaching 7 years old and bottled at 52% ABV, yielding just under 19,000 bottles in this batch.
