Boann Legacy Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is crafted from a complex mash bill of malted and unmalted barley, with oats and rye, and is a true reflection of old style Irish pot still whiskey.

Seven different cask types; Bourbon, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Palo Cortado, Amontillado, Moscatel, and French oak, make this silky and approachable from the first sip. Honey and caramel form the soft, rounded core, lifted by delicate florality and a bright squeeze of citrus. Candied ginger and the signature spice of the pot still emerge on the back palate.
