Aged 4 years in second fill French oak that first held Californian red wine, latterly maturing Bourbon. Finished in first fill Port Barriques.

Octomore 17.2 is a crescendo of fruit and smoke. Strawberry, blackberry and cassis melts with a slowly building smoke profile leaving the palate with a wonderful lemon and pepper hint.
