The Chin Chin Vinho Verde is pure, unadulterated fun in a bottle. Produced using partially organic fruit from across a number of sites, the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in CO2-charged stainless steel barrels. The wine is bottled hazy with a little dissolved CO2.
The resulting wine is bone dry, gives bold flavours of crisp green apples, pears, herb and citrus peel. It's spritzy and dry; the perfect addition to a summer picnic or BBQ.
