The third installment of this rolling release. This single grain whisky was created using a mash bill of 51% malted rye and 49% malted barley and was fermented using a mead yeast for 14 days. It was distilled through a copper hood and a 4 plate column and aged in a combination on new European oak, ex bourbon and new Andean oak casks for 50 months
