Made from 70% organic malted wheat and 30% organic malted barley fermented on a Bavarian wheat yeast for 14 days. Aged for 44 months in a combination of ex-bourbon casks (American oak) and new Andean oak casks, and ex red vermouth casks this whisky achieves a remarkable balance of smooth vanilla sweetness and vibrant, spicy oak influence. Rich layers of freshly baked brioche and sweet Madeira cake, elegantly intertwined with warming notes of apricot, ginger and cracked peppercorn. The high wheat content delivers a uniquely soft, rounded mouthfeel.
