A premium Irish single malt with a 9 year old Irish grain finished in Port Casks from the Douro Valley. Wonderfully balanced with fresh, sweet apples, ripe peaches and vanilla, creamy with a hint of wood character in the background all on the nose. A long finish with hints of chocolate and a fruitiness with cherries, raisins and soft spices, some chilli and cardamom.
