Disfruton is a young little wine blended from some exceptional fruit sourced from small parcels in the Alta. Each grape is fermented separately in whole bunches under a blanket of CO2. before pressing and finishing in stainless tank. This joyous little juice bomb is alive with notes of fresh raspberry, cherry compote, strawberry laces and candied licquorice. A very juicy beaujolais esque red packed with strawberry, raspberry and sweet spice flavours.
