Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean. Doorly’s 5yr is a classic Barbados aged rum aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon casks on Barbados. Amber, with a complex, dried tropical fruit nose. A vibrant entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, toasted coconut and oak notes. Finishes with a fruity sweetness and warmth, but has a balanced lingering taste with a butternut vanilla finish.
