Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak and it is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla. An Irish single grain double barrel that is sweet and smooth, with butterscotch, honey and peppercorn, dried fruit, maraschino cherries and brown sugar.
