A Braggot is an ancient, historically significant hybrid beverage blending beer (malt) and mead (honey), dating back to Celtic times and popularized in medieval Europe. This "honey ale" was a staple for special occasions, with roots in 12th-century Wales and Ireland. It was famously mentioned in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales!
