Our red wine cask release is an annual release inspired by the finishing of our mature spirit in red wine casks. For our second release we have taken our whisky matured in 1st-fill Bourbon barrels, then finished in carefully selected Sangiovese casks. The result is a sweet, velvety whisky with hints of honey and gentle spice, finishing with ripe red berry and moreish nutty notes.
