This cider was a carefully selected blend of three cider apples from the 2022 harvest: Dabinett, Chisel Jersey and Tremletts Bitter which were aged in rum casks for 6 months and then bottle conditioned. The result is a cider with wonderful balance, retaining the complex character of the apples chosen whilst having developed a delightful depth imparted from the rum casks.
