This single malt was distilled at Tormore in 2015 and spent the next nine years maturing, including a finish in an amontillado sherry cask. The nose opens with rich oak and vanilla, followed by honeyed stone fruits and a hint of praline. On the palate, nutty malt, runny toffee, and creamy milk chocolate unfold, supported by leathery oak and gentle spices underneath. The finish lingers with oily malt, carrying notes of waxed citrus, vanilla fudge, and nutty biscotti.
