A De-char, re-char hogshead of 247 bottles from Ben Nevis distillery of the peated spirit. On the nose expect a gentle peatiness, a malty sweetness, baked apples and lemon citrus, on the palate there are notes of baked apples, lemon meringue, light smokiness, and an olive savoriness, leading to a finish of white pepper, kiwi, and slight salinity.
