A 12yr Benriach finished for 21 Months in Ex Dornoch Octaves.  Apricot, white grape and lots of honey. The combination of Speyside Single Malt finished in a Dornoch octave has resulted in something like Clynelish! A worthwhile experiment. You’ll also find a touch of cachaca and fresh ginger.
