A quintessential example of Highland Park at the very top of its game – delicate smoke, fruity distillate and an exceptional refill sherry butt from Scotland's finest Independent bottlers.

The cask yielded just 336 bottles, so expect lots of oxidative character within. Cacao nibs, charred pineapple, brandy butter, lots of fruit and lots of chocolate bound together by a gentle vein of smoke, kind of like a peated Crunchie bar.
