A single cask of 280btls. Finished for 15 months in a super tawny port barrel. Bright orchard fruits develop into poached pears and juicy stone fruits, wrapped in rich red berry compote. The port influence adds layers of cinnamon-spiced red wine, dried fruits and a touch of cocoa and caramelised dark sugar, while the distillery’s elegant spirit keeps everything lifted and fresh.
