The big brother of Green Spot. Aged for 12 years this Irish pot still whiskey is drawn from three types of casks. Ex-bourbon and sherry casks are supplemented by some Malaga casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez wine for a rich, naturally sweet and savoury finish with notes of wine, nutmeg, clove and boiled sweets. Quite a spectacular dram.
