The first of the spirit produced at Ballindalloch distillery in Speyside. Ballindalloch is a tiny distillery, only producing 100,000 litres per annum and do everything on site themselves. This 2015 vintage is a UK exclusive and has been created from 80% ex-bourbon casks and 20% ex-sherry casks using barley grown on the Ballindalloch estate. An elegant but robust single malt with floral, citrus and honey characters, a sweet, soft oily texture with barley sugar then some spice and caramel.
