Gooseberrys are picked seasonally and steeped in Bath Botanical Gin's #1 gin creating a naturally tart fruit gin style. Try with elderflower tonic, add to Prosecco, Cava or Champagne or simply with an Indian tonic water to enjoy the unique sharpness of the gooseberry.
