Malted Irish wheat fermented with champagne yeast and left to ferment for seven days. Boatyard vodka is then distilled three times in their 500 litre 'Mr Fusion' still to 96% ABV. Finally, purified water is added to the high-strength alcohol to bring it down to a smooth 41% ABV. Hints of bison grass and delicate aromas of tropical fruit and wheat-chaff. A very smooth vodka indeed.
