The Glendronach “Ode to the Embers” is a rare peated Highland Single Malt, crafted in celebration of traditional malt kilns and enriched by sherry cask maturation. Dominantly aged in Oloroso casks with Pedro Ximénez influences, it intertwines warm peat smoke with spiced complexity. Notes of cinnamon-spiced toffee, caramelised walnut, and flamed orange lead to a palate of raisin, honeyed walnut, bramble ganache, and smoked chocolate fudge. Part of The Master’s Anthology, it honours the rich heritage of sherry cask maturation.
