Distilled on the isle of Orkney, this single malt spent 15 years maturing between 2010 and 2025. After an initial stay in American oak, the whisky aged further in a single amontillado sherry cask before it was bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. to join The Cooper's Choice collection.
