The spicy and nutty rye barrels combined with a heavy, albeit small, punch of the cask of
Oloroso delivers some beautiful sweet and savoury flavours, probably more akin to what you would expect from something matured in amontillado. This whisky has been carefully
diluted to 48.5% and bottled without chill-filtration.
