This 11-year-old single malt, distilled in 2014 and matured in a bourbon hogshead, offers a nose of salted pears, coconut fibres, red apples, and delicate notes of white chocolate and powdered sugar. The palate reveals layers of baked apples and buttery shortbread, complemented by a hint of Breton cider and red berries reminiscent of Special K. The finish is full and warming, evoking apple crumble with a touch of cinnamon.
