Domaine Vacheron has been certified biodynamic and organic since 2005 with minimal intervention and hand-harvesting. Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Blanc come from predominantly flinty (Silex) soils with indigenous yeast tank fermentation for at least 4 months. The nose opens with superb aromas of ripe peach, cut grass and flint. Full-bodied and intense with a juicy core of citrus and stone fruits with a crisp, grippy minerality on the finish. An utterly superb Sauvignon Blanc to pair with summer salads, soft goats cheese or seafood.
