An Agricole style, small-batch Derbyshire cask aged rum from just 3 barrels: Ex-bourbon from Heaven Hills distillery,  virgin oak cask with a level 4 char and an ex-red wine cask. With funky notes of crème caramel and smoke, Cinnamon buns, vanilla cheesecake, liquorice allsorts and lemon sherbert.
